CHANGES IN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WON'T WORK ON ALREADY CHARGED AND CONFIRMED ORDERSUpdated a year ago

ANY changes that you do to your subscription won't work retroactively.


What does this mean?


This means that if you cancel your subscription after an order has already been created and the order is in the queue for shipment this won't cancel that specific order. It will only cancel the order that was scheduled to ship in the future. 

If you skip an order after an order was created, this won't skip the order in the queue for shipment, it will skip the upcoming charge. 

If you change your address, quantity, or payment method on your subscription that won't change anything about an order that has already been created, it will ONLY affect future orders. 

You need to contact our customer support team before 5 PM EST Sunday to edit or cancel any order that has already been charged and confirmed. You can reach us at [email protected]
