WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?Updated 2 years ago

We ship bundles every Monday (with the exception of major holidays) out of Detroit, MI. You should receive your tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. It typically takes 24 hours for the tracking number to update with the estimated arrival date.

Orders take from 2 to 4 days to arrive. However, our bread can last in a hot commute of up to about 7 days in our testing and real-world experience of thousands of summer shipments.

If your order is taking longer than that please let us know. Stolen or lost orders must be reported no later than 15 days after the order has been placed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Every Monday we ship all orders placed before EOD (5 PM EST) Sunday. Orders placed after the deadline will have to wait a week until the following Monday
